To me, a very memorable quest in a game was figuring out what to do in "The Republic of Dave" in Fallout 3, because what seemed like the best thing to do ended up not working out so well. Anyway, please count me in, and thank you very much for the giveaway. +1

I think the most valuable quest I ever did was the Chocobo one in Final Fantasy 7, since you can unlock Knights of the Round, the powerfull summon in the game.
