I'm looking forward to The Witcher 3 because I'm always amazed by how far videogames have gone since their beggining. And I'm almost sure that game is going to be one of those that makes me think about it. Even if I can't play it, I would still be very glad to see its content.

I'm really excited about the third Hobbit movie, but I'm worried as well. The book's ending is just so unfair - my favourite dwarves die in the Battle of Five Armies. Maybe Peter Jackson will change it into a happy ending? I know, fat chance :(

It is my considered opinion that angering true Tolkien fans is a far greater crime than saddening the legions of fangirls who 'wuve'the Elven-looking Dwarves and Gowron/Thorin.

Oh the possible sequel with "The Jesus"? I really like Turturro and the Coen Brothers are luminaries to me but I am not getting my hopes up just yet. Thanks for encouraging me to look up more info about this though.

From video games, the new Torment is probably the top one, even though it's still too far away to even guess at how it's going to shape up.

From movies, it would probably have to be the Neuromancer movie, although it has been in development hell for so long now that it's probably foolish to hope that it would turn out to be any good.

From books, it's probably The Doors of Stone, the last part of the Kingkiller Chronicle. The second part was a bit of a disappointment, but hopefully he will step up his game and deliver on the long setup. If this ends up being another installment of "Kvothe fucks around in the university", I'm probably going to ragequit and stop reading anything from Rothfuss in the future.

Also, while I'm not really waiting for anything that I know is coming up, I would like Gearbox to stop stalling and make Duke Nukem 5. But that's a topic for another thread.
