Our Government and Political Parties are only concerned with doing as little as possible for the people who inhabit it whilst acquiring as much wealth as possible, living a cushy life (the perks and money is ridiculous for a 'civil servant'). They bicker like children, insulting the opposition, blaming them for mistakes whilst covertly making the same ones or even worse whilst they write up a list of promises they have no intention of keeping, that'll win them the next election. They've run this country into the ground and I wouldn't wish them on any other country.
America might be unstable but to think the UK isn't is equivalent to wearing a blindfold whilst walking along a razor edged diving board, littered with glass, at the top of a skyscraper, in the middle of a hurricane.... naked. Ignorance is bliss.

I know that it can always get worse but I think that several problems present in the US would decrease if the US adjusted to several European standards. An elimination of the two party system would be nice, wouldn't it?
