1: The Humble Bundle charities, are they international or what?

The code doesnt work on the UK site and the US one add tax.

Both charities are very US oriented, but Child's Play does support/help two hospitals in the UK and few more in Canada, Australia and Cairo. And children's hospitals from all countries can join Child's Play.
There is a map on their page that shows all the hospitals.
