VanishedOne: It's not an adequate Silent Hill substitute. The good bits involve wandering around Greenvale getting to know its weird and wonderful inhabitants. As a horror game, Zach and I can't really sing its praises; though that is a nice discount all the same...

j0ekerr: The Twin Peaks influence grows stronger by the second. Next you'll tell me there are strange psychodellic oneiric sequences.
There might just be a [url=http://www.pioneerproject.net/games/deadly-premonition-and-twin-peaks-comparison/]room, if that's what you have in mind.
Any comments about Anomaly bundle? (there are either very few or no gog reviews for any of the games bar the first one - and yes i dont mind tower defense type games - DG and DQ being my fav two from that genre)

HypersomniacLive: Looks menacingly grumpy, not necessarily a bad thing. ;-D

donsanderson: To get the fox head in I have to lose part of my head. ;) I'll play around and decide which. I like it though, thanks for the help so far. :-)
Like the new dark version :)
I'm finally back home after waiting seven(!) weeks to get a pipe burst and the affected rooms fixed. Phew! It doesn't look like I missed much of the sale today except for a fresh new bundle. I think I'll pick it up to complete my Anomaly collection. This also reminds me that I still have to play the first game, which I got in one of the last sales. :)

Wow, that's a long wait. Home sweet home now though. Get comfy and play some games - it sounds like you more than deserve it ;-)

I hope it was not a sewage pipe. I had to deal with one on my building and it wasn't a good view...

For some reason my GOG Wiki and BE are not synching...

I had a browser problem, reinstalled, greasemonkey and essentials are updated, and yet nothing's happening when I try to update aside from lots of Starting... Starting... Starting... Starting...

Any ideas, good people?

Try logging out of the wiki and GOG and back in? Just a guess.
There have been some issues today. I'm using tamper monkey on chrome and it's fine for me.
Look up a ways in the posts, I think Hummer010 replaced grease monkey with tamper monkey and it worked
So... watching a video a bit earlier today reminded me of an old game I haven't played in some time ( no idea why this would remind me of Jill of the Jungle..but okay ).

...did anything ever come back up for those old games? Or has there been any interest in reintroducing her with upgraded graphics or something?

...strange thing to ask, yes. Sorry about that. Currently listening to some of the music from the games....every now and then I hear the siren's call to find it again.
All right, going to crash out for a bit. Grargar's already doing a backup, so that's fine.
Take it easy, see you all later on.

Without the head the fox just looks like SOME kind of fur. Figured you'd rest easier. Just pretend it's chimp fur. ;)
