Yikes... I'm hoping the 2 I'm waiting for come around again before that!

Really don't want to be checking in every hour for the next two weeks. And I know I will until those 2 come up...
thought id pop my head in here and say hi, hows everyone?
is it ok for me to buy the Unreal Pack or am i best off waiting for it to show in a flash sale?
i assume Dungeon Keeper 2 hasnt shown up yet either?

The Unreal games are not part of the flash sales. Although if they were, they would hardly be discounted more than the current 80%.

Dungeon Keeper 2, unfortunately, is not going to appear in the flash deals either. It might be a part of a daily bundle at some point though.

Things from packs don't show up in flash sales and viceversa...

Tooms: I had never even heard of Jade Empire until this sale. Not sure how that happened, but interested to try it out...
You should... if you've liked Dragon Age for example or NWN2, then you'll like Jade Empire.

DubConqueror: apparently the games I got wishlisted to complement the other game I bought of the series, only went on sale in the first few hours, when I hadn't decided yet to buy them:

King's Bounty Crossworlds and Full Spectrum Warrior.

I hope they will appear a second time and they don't flash only once. 'Buy very carevully, I vihl zell thiez eunly vance' .
I've been torn on the King's Bounty series for a long time now. On one hand the graphics look amazing and the game series seems popular, but on the other hand it's turn based and I have like 1200 dedicate-your-life-to-it turn based RPGs already and it'll take 100 years to play them all. I think I'll continue to hold out for a few years until they show up in one uber collection on Steam for $0.99 or something hehe. (I say Steam because GOG never holds such massive collection discounts at least to date). I ended up buying both Full Spectrum Warrior games a few days ago for Steam from Greenman though as it supports multiplayer while the GOG version doesn't sadly. If GOG adds multiplayer via GOG Galaxy at a later date though I'll probably re-buy them here just to support GOG and the developer though.
Uh oh, it seems that I missed Papers Please...

I am not shy on game fora but I'm shy with multiplayer, so I'll opt for the DRM-free. I have done Battlefield (1942, Vietnam) in the past, but usually I get blown away from the battlefield very often by what seem to me teenagers who have nothing more to do than play Battlefield all day, at least they're much better at it than I as a quite casual player am. So I stick to SP games were I can adjust the difficulty myself and have full control.

Yeah, I generally do not play wide open public multiplayer games as I don't like being exposed to cheaters, trolls and other riff-raff in society which is generally what you get in the unwashed random multiplayer cesspool out there. I do like playing a number of multiplayer games either over the LAN or online with specific friends 1 on 1, or pre-organized group events though with certain types of games. I've got both of the FSW games here on DVD (a friend's copy) but wanted a copy for myself too so now hopefully we can do LAN multiplayer which is a real shame the GOG version doesn't have (or doesn't advertise anyway). I'm probably 95% a single-player game player most of the time though, and most of my multi-player buddies are caught up in raising families, dedicating their life to their employer or some other perpetual time sink, or they've dedicated their life to Blizzard (WoW or D3). :) Still, I do squeeze some multi-player in from time to time.

I absolutely love Battle for Middle Earth II multiplayer and wish EA would bring it back from the dead and offer it on GOG, along with other LOTR games. Pipe dreaming... :)

foxworks: If I remember correctly, he located all the game thumbnails to be used during the sale. Not all have gone through their flash sale, however. ;-)
*Looks at size of flash sale pictures on front page*

You, sir, must have some huge thumbs.
