There's no one good way to spend your summer, but we know well that gaming can make every single one of them better. Each day we'll present you with at least two special Bundle Deals with a selection of of great classics and indies available up to 90% off! As usual, you'll be able to buy just selected titles out of the bundle with a slightly lower discount, or complete your collection with just the ones you're missing, retaining the higher discount rate. Let's take a look at our offers for today, shall we?

Today, we seriously mix things up to bring you both lighthearted comedy as well as dark and morbid horror. The Legacy of Kain Saga is the Full House of gaming with its family themes and colorful presentation. Across four episodes ironically titled Soul Reaver, Soul Reaver 2, Blood Omen 2, and Defiance the series explores the relation between Kain, a authoritative father with obvious god complex, and Raziel, his rebellious son with questionable fashion sense. The story also includes many of their relatives from extended family, that cannot help but to make a mess in their imaginary homeland called Nosgoth. Hilarity ensues! All this cheerful moments for only $5.96 (that's 75% off!). The other of our offers today, is bound to chill the blood in your veins with its terrifying setting alone. The Deponia Complete Trilogy takes place on a distant planet. A planet, that long ago must have been not so different from our own Earth. Yet now, it is a grim and dark place that suffered a tragic environmental disaster. The surface of the planet is now completely covered with waste. Toxic rain flushes the pollution deep into the ground, poisoning it and making the land barren. Way above, there's the remaining enclave of civilization, housing the remnant of the human race. Now imagine one of them, a defenseless girl, falls down to the toxic junkyard below. Even though she doesn't die instantly poisoned with every imaginable toxin, her future looks grim. The wasteland is filled with danger, and soon she'll find out that she is not alone among the towering piles of garbage. What strange mutated monsters could have survived in such conditions? And what do they eat? The horror! All the thrills for just $11.97 (that's 80% off!). There you have it, a mix of laughter and cries of despair to fill your weekend with gripping gaming. Or did we overdo the mixing?

On top of that, almost all of our catalog has been discounted by up to 50%. On top of that, our front page is overflowing with excellent Flash Sales on single games. You can grab them up to 90% as well, but don't take to long, as they come and go pretty fast! Why don't you head out to GOG.com front page, and see what's happening right NOW!

phaolo: So what happened?
Before refreshing, when typing Age of Wonders 3 in the search box or going to the Deluxe Edition page It would indicate that I did not own it even though I owned all the parts of it.

After refreshing, the deluxe edition (and the regular one, of course) shows as owned in both the search field dropout and in the game page.

That's why I say before buying it just to get rid of the not owned "tag" to try to refresh the account.

I'm not sure it's gonna work but it's worth a try IMO.

phaolo: Another problem, anyway, is that the full version seems cheaper than the various pieces.
Because it's on the flash sale.

If you don't have it already then it doesn't apply to you. it's for those who have the normal edition and its DLC already but, for some reason, the Gold edition (which you have all the parts of if you have all the DLC*) does not show as owned, which can give you a tidiness itch prompting you to buy the Gold edition to have it appeared as owned even though you don't get any more (due to its low price).

* The Pilgrim DLC is not part of the Gold edition though IIRC

Sorry, I was referring to Sinistar. He didn't say if he tried refreshing.

It applies to me for other post-gold DLCs.
Maybe I should just wait for a "platinum" version.
The Pit Gold at $3.24 is as no brainer as it gets, easily a steal imo.
:)...:) Nothing more to be said ;)

Ok hell bovine, you convinced me, I bought it.
Now, let's hope that the future DLCs will be on great discounts, or I'll have to open the red portal.. >: )

So far the only other DLC is a dollar fifty; which is a very fair rate for a new character/etc... or you could wait for qn epic sale and save a few pennies.

The latest DLC - Pilgrim -costs 1.49 Dollars. C´mon, you doesn´t really need this discounted ;)

What I personally don´t like though, is fact, that developers branded their product as "Gold Edition," which, in common gamers tongue means "the ultimate edition of the game, which developer considers finished and will not be modified in any way" - and yet they will release a DLC later on.

What will they call it when they will really be finished with the game - Gold Edition Complete?

Nah, they will call it: "The ultimate platinum gold jewel complete edition with spam & eggs"!

srilumpa: Click that link a see if The Pit Gold Edition still shows as not being owned before buying it.
I refreshed my account recently when I had a different problem, but this one has never resolved itself. I believe it's an established "glitch" that only the Support staff can change. Most of my other purchases have been for the Deluxe editions (Dragon Commander, Age of Wonder, Ether One), so the problem is avoided there at least. But I'd still like their system to be smarter about what you own.
I am sure all that'll be fixed in the site rewrite.
I really need to check what was in my humble bundles.... About 2 of my purchases today were hiding in there. Overall about 4% of my GOG games are also lurking in past humble bundles!

I wish there was a way to mark games as purchased on here without buying them

Actually gold edition does not refer to complete edition. It just refer to game + more sequels in the same game bundle together

In the past they sell bundle of games + sequels in a series as bronze, silver, gold, platinum, diamond edition. Only complete / ultimate edition indicate the games is finish and there will be no more sequel / DLC coming.

That said, it will not stop publisher / dev from releasing the game X2 with more sequel DLC. Only any sequel / DLC to the game X1 will not be coming anymore

See the HoMM series, it selles the silver, gold, platinum edition

Yet only two of those substances are good enough for Bond villains to be interested in.

Seemed for a while that GOTY would be the new "complete edition" monicker, but that's fallen apart too. Yet there's still hope that Bond's enemies will find this one appealing as well.
