Niggles: There was like one free game during the sale......a handful of new games over this whole time. multiple repeats. they could have had it all done in a week.....

moonshineshadow: Two free games and that movie thing if you count the stamp stuff. But I agree the sale could have lasted only one week and would have been fine.
Oh yeah forgot about M&B... pass on the movie. ..imho i stll prefer Insomnia. This sale just dragged on a bit too long :/
The length of it woulda been fine if there had been more games on rotation...

KunoNoOni: is it just the flash sale thats ending? I know the bundles will start for the next 48 hours but will the other discounted games not in the flash sale still be on sale?

It was a good sale. The Mount & Blade release was a very nice surprise. I love it when a new release is given a solid discount. A few freebies were nice. It was a solid sale.

Btw, Kingdom Rush (which I wanted to get from the sale) has currently a hidden flash deal 75% off at $2.49.
However, it is now also contained in Groupees BM16 at the $1 tier. Which one should I get?

RWarehall: Except each day there are 36 slots * 3 = 108. Two days is 216. You could count the extra 24 at the start of the day for 240 but 8 of those were already up for sale. Even then, where are the other 10? Individual games from the bundles?
I don't get it which 24? 8 already up for sale?

That's what I was thinking myself too. I get more games with less money and I can gift them too (I don't use Steam and I got the Desura game -Blue Rose (a nice game btw)- from another bundle it was in). I think I'll get it from Groupees then, especially as I got other casual games I was thinking of getting from GOG (Braveland for example) from there too. Thanks for giving me a second opinion! :-)

When the two day deal started there were 9 games on sale. One timed out, so there were 8 carrying over, but GoG added 2 more games to each time allotment, so there were 24 games (two every 40 minutes) which received a shortened sale (ranging from just 40 minutes to 5 hours 20 minutes which was only 40 minutes short of the full 6 hour run.
