Doubtful. It hasn't been on sale close to two years.

I clicked the link right around the start of the sale. Almost missed the email, because it's a standard GOG "Order completed!" email, and I had made purchases around the same time. It will show a $0.00 purchase of MOUNT & BLADE, and the game will be on your shelf without any further effort needed on your part. As others have said, just give it time, the system is probably overloaded. Especially if other sites have posted "FREE MOUNT & BLADE!" items around the web.
