Section updated: Don't forget about your gamer friends that may not know GOG.com yet! Sadly, for the sake of unburdening what servers we have, we had to turn off the option for gifting free games. But you can always just let them know they can sign up with GOG.com and claim a free gift of Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics. On top of that, when they register to our service, they'll receive all the 12 free games we add to all the newly-created accounts. That way your friends will start their adventure with GOG.com with a collection of 15 great games total already on their virtual shelves! Be kind, share the good news! :-)

We'd also like to remind you, that all purchases on GOG.com are now covered with our new 30-day Worldwide Money Back Guarantee, so your holiday gaming shopping spree is safer than it ever was before.

Only the 1st for me...
Somehow I can't be excited about the 'Sail, tide and plunder' community selection; Not a single game on that list interests me. And the wing commander set doesn't look too good for tomorrow either.
Hopefully something with Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, SWAT 3, or Rayman Origins will show up sometime soon.
Based on the total number of recommended deals we saw on Solstice Festivmas being 15, there are 5 more recommended deals remaining, which should appear each day through Friday. Since the sale ends on Sunday 12/29, it looks like the Saturday 12/28 will be a repeat day for everything that appeared after Solstice Festivmas.
Can anyone recommend or discourage Deadly Premonition: Director's Cut for $9.99? If so, thank you in advance.

A community deal on Myst or Divinity would be great in my opinion.

I'm already very satisfied with this promo, but I think of those remaining on my wishlist that haven't yet been discounted in bundles or daily deals, the ones I would hope to come up with the good discounts are:

Dust: An Elysian Tail
Prince of Persia: Sands of Time

The handful of other games I have wishlisted are either discounted already or were part of Fall Insomnia. Not a problem though, gotta save some excitement for the next promo :)
How much does Shadowrun Returns go for in the daily surprise deal?

I have The Last Express and Shadowrun Returns for today's deals and I can't decide on which to click! I'm not really a point-and-click adventure kind of girl, but I do have a thing for the Orient Express... Then again, I always think I'll surely like the P&C game I'm contemplating buying and then I'm just not into that.

I would say that Deadly Premonition is one of those things that's pretty polarizing. Have watched Supergreatfriend's Let's Play of it more than once and come away from it thinking that while it might be clunky in the mechanics department at times, it has massive amounts of insane charm. I have played video games for 20 years and I have NEVER seen a protagonist like the one in Deadly Premonition. Sadly, unless the gentleman who wrote and directed the game can make a sequel, I fear I'll never see one like the protagonist again.
All that being said, I've read quite a few people who are very unhappy with the quality of the PC port. Lots of bugs mentioned. But thanks to GOG kicking massive amounts of ass, if it turns out to be an extreme problem, you could always gets your money back.

@FrostySage -
Could definitely go for a Myst deal as well. Haven't played any of them before but they look interesting.

@JaqFrost -
The daily surprise bonus is unknown until you click. You might get Last Express for 80 percent off or Shadowrun for 50 percent, or something else all together.
