X is sublisenced to Dovetail games, infamous for the $6 grand in DLC for their train simualtor games (there's already like $800+ in DLC for FSX: Steam special edition). Forget about flight simulator X. Maybe 2004 could come here. 2000 I would love to have.

Hey, this isn't an answer to the original question, but if you really want to play the game and they don't ever put it on gog you can still buy a copy (I got one on amazon for a bit over 10 USD) and install/run without any compatibility issues on win10. I have it on my computer actually haha
