It depends on what you define "real".
Imagine that you help someone, give him a solution, he follows it and in the end.. he thanks someone else.
Not very nice lol (and next time you'll be less inclined to help him).

Also, saying a simple "sorry" and moving on is way better than saying "I don't see a problem" (= I don't care).

I never said I didn't care, c'mon man don't put words in my mouth. I just don't think it's a big deal if I selected the wrong (why it's wrong? As far as I can see, both posts suggest unninstaling and installing Adobe's flash player again) poster.
