She's a ghost, don't trust her.

Possibly. Maybe that's why I'm disappearing. This ghost is sucking the life out me.

Seeing how the value of the pound has dropped overnight, I must weight like 10 kg after conversion.

And that's not all!
Went from about 95kgs to 65kgs in about a year and a half, but it wasn't intentional, it was more just a circumstance of my living- not having someone else provide for me, walking most places I need to go, and yes, to some small part, jogging.
I used to jog and hike regularly before, but it didn't really change anything. It was the diet that really did it.

My daily diet consists mostly of lentils/pulses, salad (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, carrots etc) and bread and milk, with the occasional snack (anything ranging from a bag of crisps to lemonade or a mars bar or a shawarma/kebab/gyro) or occasional meal out, in which I splurge. At one point I was jogging every day, at least 8km in 45 minutes, but again, circumstances have now restricted me to only being able to do that once or twice a week. At least my stamina has been built up.

Of course, there is the negative part of such weight loss- I have a hard time balancing my diet, so it turned out that I now have borderline osteopenia(sp), although it is the result of a lack of vitamin D, which may be because of non-diet related issues. I also have aches in my lower back when I wake up in the morning (disappears within an hour thankfull unless I stay in bed, and yes, I've checked, it is not an issue with the bed). And everyone who knew me from before thinks I'm some emaciated prison escapee (doesn't help that I shifted to contacts after a lifetime of wearing glasses, so my eyes have a sunken look). Also, none of my old clothes fit me, and I keep having to put in more notches in my belt, so I end up looking like a bedraggled baggy collection of bones bum :D.
