A Segway, always wanted a Segway.
If not, then the flying cars in Bladerunner
A Garden from FF8 would be pretty bitchin' to take for a spin. I imagine it would be pretty accident prone though, especially if driving in an urban area.
Colonial Marine Dropship and APC from "Aliens".

Dragon Quest 5: Flying Castle. Yes, you get to pilot a flying castle, complete with its inhabitants.

SaGa 2 (GB): Dragon. If you teleport while riding the dragon, you can escape the dragon race with it and fly it elsewhere, and it turns out that it can fly right through walls and everything else. Needless to say, this allows you to skip a good portion of the game, and it also exposes the fact that multiple shop types are stored on the same map.

SaGa 3: The Talon is one of the earliest upgradable transport vehicles in a cRPG. It is also capable of traveling through time, and assisting the party during battle. (One complaint: In the original version, once you use it to travel to the alternate dimension, you can never go back. The DS version fixed this, but you are still stuck there for a while.)
Heart of Gold from The hitchikers guide to the galaxy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zjbtZ4NgtdA
Deathstar with it's flaws fixed.
Mechwarrior of some sort with all round capabilities.
(spoiler contains part of the last fight from Robot Jox) The control system for that Mech would work well for VR games.

This! If I can manage to get one.

NOT my picture, not my ship.

It is a pirate Kestrel from X3:Albion Prelude freshly 'aquired' by Hardrada.

Obviously, a dragon.
On a second thought - Appa.

But dragons as well.
yeah. well. you can't beat the tardis. and if it's chameleon circuit wasn't stuck it could look like any other mode of transport you wish.

so other

USS voyager from Star Trek for space exploration

the bike from Akira for just driving around the city

Iron Man suit just for commuting
There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.
My bicycle.
Roller-coasters, my favorite mode of travel.

If they were to replace all the 'express' lanes on the highway with roller-coasters, I wouldn't mind paying the toll. I could get from point A to point B faster and don't have to worry about other vehicles.

It would also make going to work and leaving work a lot more fun.

Why is my post in this topic "low rated"? What is the issue with that post?
1. Magic Carpet
2. Broomstick
3. Thomas, the tank engine

I'd rather not explain the reasons... :P
1.- Wings: A buff and over-glorified set of legs, but they can take you anywhere above air, but don't go on eating habits or the only thing you will try looking up to will be your oversized stomach on the ground

2.- R Wing: A believe there is an specific set of skill and moves for someone to drive it, but I think I could do with a military space ship I can into a spaceclub without being bothered with any night shift beating sort of acquantance, It could also help me on the case of not getting robbed or dealing with space refugees!

3.- A yellow submarine: Not really suggestive, but I would like to visit Loki's Palace (however nuts that proposition may be due to it's inhospitability and rampaging species there)
