You guys are awesome, you wanna know why? It's because now I can finally play an old favorite of mine, Metal Fatigue. I tried downloading it from an abandonware site and messing with glide wrapper etc., but could never get it to work right. Then you come along and release a version that just works without any hassle, and at a very reasonable price.

Some time ago I bought Sim City 2000 from you, another success story there, it just works and I've enjoyed many many hours with that old favorite as well.

I highly appreciate your effort on this, thank you for enabling me to finally relive my childhood gaming.

That's almost the same story that brought me here many years ago. Only that the abandonware site in question actually had taken the download offline and pointed to "Good Old Games" instead. And like you I found that instead of downloading legally grey stuff from dubious sites and then spent hours or even days tinkering to make them work (or not...) having a site where I can legally spend a few dollars and get a working version (and if not out of the box - a very friendly support staff) has always been worth the money. And I gave me a good feeling too. Cheers!

I'm definitely buying more games from them in the future. Now if they could somehow get their hands on good old Rock Raiders and make that run nicely on modern hardware I'd be in gamer heaven.

You always try the wishlist: https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games#search=rock%20rai

If it's the LEGO game chances are not too bad, there are already some of their titles here.

Otherwise there are quite a few things that may prevent a release here, be it that game is in "license hell" or it's impossible to get to run on modern machines reliably - or sometimes the owners are not interested in a DRM-free release at all.
Oh god, I hope dt doesn't see this! :O
Ok nice, but unofficially we suck, right? What do you REALLY think about us?!?

No, I do not want to know why. I'm just awesome. Oh, and you are welcome.

Unofficially I think GOG is f-ing badass for fixing Metal Fatigue.
