The update is indeed within Frostpunk on GOG, hope this clears things up!

Hesusio: This is why I don't buy modern games on GOG. Buy retro on GOG, modern on Steam. That way, I don't miss out on all of that patchy goodness.
Meh. I buy everything on GOG but wait a few years before A) buying and B) playing. I have a large enough backlog and so little time that I have time to wait.

It was indeed, our QA does not work weekends, which is why weekend patches normally fall into GOG titles the following Monday.
