Thank you so much, especially for the kind words. Sorry for taking so long to reply (yikes - a whole month!); I've been away from GOG lately because of a busy period at work, but I really do appreciate it.

Have you changed your workout/meals?
Have you noticed anything other than weight changing?

Personally, cutting out sugary drinks pretty much altogether helped me lose a ton of weight.
It also uh resensitized(?) my taste buds so i didn't need a ton of sugar for me to taste it.

Have given up Caffeine.

Well alright, I won't keep coffee at home, still drinking the work stuff but halved the portion per cup.

Gone from 30-50 cups a week to the equivalent of 10-15.

Now sleeping better & drinking filtered water - not done that in many a year.

Xyem are you alive? Or have you accidentally lost 200% and are now just thin air.

Depending on the difference between starting and desired weight, 200% may well still leave quite a bit of xyem around :p
