Part 2 of 4 can not be downloaded. It points to a "not found" page. Galaxy client also fails downloading the update.
Whats wrong with Gog? Part 1, 3, 4 and new DLC pack can be downloaded without issues.

Seems like they messed something up - the second link redirects you to patch_witcher3_1.01-1.10_2.0.0.40-1bin while it should be patch_witcher3_1.01-1.10_2.0.0.40-1.bin (Note the extra period near the end). Sadly nothing we can do until they fix it on their end.
