Hello everyone,

So my issue is that I can connect and play Witcher 3 with a Dualshock4 via usb cable, but cannot do the same via bluetooth. The only way I can do this is if I connect through steam and use their ps4 controller support. But the thing with that, is it simulates a steam controller with all the buttons and everything. So the keybinding would be off and the prompts would use xbox symbols instead of playstation's. Also, cool features such as holding the touchpad for inventory simply don't even exsist. The only way I get the true Dualshock 4 experince is if I connect via usb cable.

I know this issue might seem very "first world", but Witcher is one of my all time favourite games and I want to play it exactly how I invisioned playing it. I have 120hrs clocked in on the ps4. I also build a PC just to max this amazing game out. So I expected that I should at least play it with the genius keybindings that were issued on the ps4.

Thank you...

I tried to find official support, but their website confuses me. Can you send me a direct link where it's exactly what I am looking for?

Go here if you want to contact their support.
I'm not surprised, how could a Witcher know about future technology?
No it's an issue with owning a proprietary Sony product.

I know because I have a DS3 and had to use the SCPToolkit and mess around to get it working with my PC bluetooth.

Seems like the easiest fix is get a Xbox controller I think.
