EDIT: Works now.

My Wishlist is empty even though I know I have a few games in there for future purchase.
Anyone else with the same problem?

Mine seems to be alright, although I've just wishlisted a game and it doesn't show there, so maybe there's something wrong with it after all... :\

It appears you are correct. I have an owned game that is on the wishlist that I can not remove from it.
