Does asking about a games that's not on GOG on the Wishlist forum Make any difference,cause most of the games people ask still hasn't come to GOG.

It might have made a difference in a handful of cases. So with three claws on my hand, that does not make many.

You should contact the developer or publisher of the game(s) you want to see here if possible. Of course many won't bring their games here because of DRM-free or GOG's small userbase (vs Steam's), not to mention if the game is a legal nightmare to navigate, but nevertheless many games lots of people have wanted come here: https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games#order=votes_total
