I was wondering if anyone knew why I'm not able to use any of my weapons on the game 'Windward'?

The only weapon I'm able to use on my list is the 'Defiance' Skill, but I can't use my Fog, Firebomb, Poison Gas, or even the Death Button during battle. Is this a glitch, or do I have an option selected that I need to take off?

I am seriously annoyed at this problem, because I can't get any further in the game without fixing the problem.
