Needless to say, Windows 10 is not from Texas. *rimshot*
Use task manager to kill everything that is related to the software you are trying to start, before you try to start that software again.

Basically,.. that fork is already in use. Either kill the philosopher, or wait till he finishes his meal (no guarantees).

Also Windows 10 wasn't made for gaming .
First, I'd suggest you try redownloading the installer to Galaxy. Secondly, move off your current installer to another place or delete. Try and come back here with results.

Microsoft will insist otherwise; Although their idea of gaming seems to be streaming from you XBone to your PC...

That's simply not true. It *is* a game. You get to search high and low like a hidden objects game to find the off-switch to "features" like "reboot your PC without asking you," "shut down your PC without asking you," "download and install updates with the full load of your Internet bandwidth and processor without telling you," "useless voice search" and whatnot.

It even has 50c microtransactions for when you want a child's account added.

If that's not a game, I don't know what is!

What in the seven hells is this 50c microtransaction you keep talking about? I went through the entire process and I was never charged; in fact that functionality was working without a single extra cent. Where do you come from?

Too bad you can't return this game to the publisher or ask for a refund . :)
