I checked the GOGdb and it says the GOG version of Oaken is only at v1.1.6. According to the SteamDB, the Steam version is v1.1.7 and multiple bugs were fixed. Will the GOG version of Oaken get an update in the future?

The SteamDB says the v1.1.7 update was released on December 1st, 2023. So it's been almost a year for that update.

So likely, no. Either GOG dropped the ball or the devpub never sent.
