And I just got my answer about an hour ago, they started the refund process.

I am not sure if it is because I clicked on SUBMIT A REQUEST yesterday or why, but I am glad I got a refund. If it is up to clicking on SUBMIT A REQUEST then it is my bad and I am sorry, but I did not see anywhere I should click on that, I provided all information to support through emails, so I did not have reason to visit the ticket page. But again, if it is up to that, I am sorry again.
