Like it's been suggested before, I don't think you understand how the system works.

For instance, the top review for the Total Annihilation Pack reads "687 of 711 users found this helpful".
That means that 711 people clicked either "yes" or "no".
Out of these, 687 clicked "yes". That's a huge majority.
Only 24 clicked "no".
