If you don't get a reply in the next 24 hours PM a blue on the forums and politely request if they can look into your ticket or if they can expedite it, just say you did submit everything before the window has closed and are just concerned you will lose your money.

We can close this. I just got my order cancelled and they sent it back to my bank account. I wanted the wallet, but it doesn't matter much as long as I got the money back. Thanks all who fought with me on this one. You're great!
