Trump's wall of fucking up my game downloads? He is that evil?
GOG doesn't appear to know why it is so slow. Quake is like 200 kb/s to download and Deus Ex is like 400-600kb/s to download. And my connection works fine with all other NON GOG download sources.
Galaxy, browser, or Downloader?
It looks normal to me. I just tried to download something via chrome browser and it seems to be downloading around 800-900 KB/s which is my maximum.

I had those terrible download speeds while I was using Galaxy on windows a long time ago.
No, galaxy, using MINT. So, nope, this isn't that. Same download methods in the past have yielded full speed results.
