I openly admit: I don't think, I ever played this game, and going by the fact, that this thread is showing bigger and bigger pauses between new posts (seriously: it's 10 days now, since you posted the first picture...), I think:

a) nobody ever played the game (which seems highly unlikely, since you mentioned it was a popular game at its time)
b) people who know exactly which game it is, have simply no interest in partaking in this thread
c) somebody knows the game, but has never chosen this particular optional (!) opponent, so they don't remember her

I get it - the point of this little game is to name the person, not just the game she's in.
And you have no other pictures of her in the context of the game (= her driving).

However, presenting four different facial expressions and the fact that it is a driving/racing game, along with her age and height, obviously is not enough to identify the game, and thus her.
(at least it's seemingly not enough for the people actually partaking in our little game.)

So, maybe give us a shot that shows some more of the in-game action?
Or a verbal hint about the system(s) it was on, or the year of release, the publisher, etc., etc.,...you know the drill.
Something that helps us identifying the game...and from there on we can then search for her.

Very cool but sadly underrated game.

Here's what this guy looks like ingame. Actually come to think of it, he's not a leader, but more of an advisor, 2nd in command type person perhaps.
