Which specific setting do we have to set to hide the number of games owned in our game reviews?

Set everything to maximum privacy. Disable everything you can disable. After the number is gone, you can check if you can turn some things back on (like chatting with friends, for example).

Yes. Just set all privacy options to maximum

I think it's OK as long as your profile is disabled, but I couldn't swear to that. I have chat settings set to 'everyone' and my owned games are still hidden on reviews.

Bumping to say I appreciate everyone's input here and am hoping this topic helps other users learn how to disable it from showing, if they do not wish it to be shown.
