Actually, since this afternoon (where it was still scheduled for today), the steam page is now listing the game for a release tomorrow, so fear not dear Grargar, you'll get your dose in the next 24 hours ;)

Why not? There are worse games here. Should it come to worst, I still have the Atomic and Megaton Editions.
Tomorrow for Europeans, but still today for Americans (in about 6 hours, according to the official release time).

That's kinda a weird release time - even as for us Americans go. That's 5pm on the west coast. Gearbox hq in texas would be 7pm. Kinda late if you ask me.

[EDIT] That's 2am in Poland. Maybe GoG will have somebody come in?

After the midnight launches of both Book of Unwritten Tales 2 and Layers of Fear, no release time seems weird to me anymore.

Well, I guess we won't be seeing the Duke 3D: $20 edition after all. It's pretty weird that a game banking on its nostalgia isn't being released here where the old farts gather :P

Maybe Gearbox realizes that us old farts aren't that gullible? I'm not terribly disappointed that the new Duke Nukem "remake" isn't here. I do wish they would return all the originals though (even though I already have them all). It would be nice...
