Hi,

i bought Cyberpunk day one full of confidence. But the game was not playable and i asked for a refund.

i had a rapid anser asking me if i accept a Gog Wallet refund. I said yes.

Now it's been several weeks without any news or actual refund...

What about you policy ? is this only marketing and there is not any real refund yet ?

Plz be clear !

Marketing clearly says that you (we) can ask for refunds within 30 days of purchase. Marketing is very much less clear when that refund will be given. 2077 is as good guess as any.
