I have made five requests with support and all I get is an auto generated email asking if GOG wallet funds are ok, I respond NO every time and nothing comes of it.

Is there any way talk to an actual human?

Also try not to create multiple requests for the same thing, that can slow things down even more than they already are, also are you just saying "no" in the response? Be sure you are clearly stating what you would like when you reply.

I don't think they are allowing direct contact with blue's about this issue at the moment (as stated in the linked thread) they used to help move things along but they are probably getting flooded with these requests.

As long as the request was made within the 30 day window you should be fine.

Is that why the queue is 6x longer than normal...?

if that slows down things then gog has a very badly designed support system
