It is usually discounted during Bethesda publisher sales. While i cannot see into the future, my guess would be during the winter sale.

They've already done that, at least twice by my reckoning.

When it was released here earlier this year, and then at least once in one of the sales since.

So if not before Xmas, then probably at Xmas or Winter Sale as suggested.
