Ganni1987: While we did get the first Horizon here, we also didn't get any other titles (Days Gone, God of War, Spiderman..to name a few)
neumi5694: Also they are not made by the same developer, so ... everything goes. Looks like Horizon Zero Dawn did not sell enough copies on GOG to convince them to bring more games here.

I would not jump to conclusions too quickly. Not even all games from the first Sony batch were all brought to GOG, just this single one. Sony doesn't seem to use a tight grip, just like Disney.
We'll see. I wouldn't rule it out yet.

And that could have been their tester. If it did well, more would come. It did well by GOG standards, but that may have ben a laughable amount of sales for Sony.

For some reason charlemagne1980 bumped this thread about a year after its creation, so I wouldn't be surprised if it gets closed.
I wouldn't say we've gotten any AAAs recently, but we did get confirmation of some interesting highly-desired old games coming soon. :) https://www.gog.com/forum/general/coming_soon_4_classic_titles_from_sneg_b6d7a

"could have been", I agree. But "was"? Not so sure. edit: I think if they wanted a test run, they would have started with the older ones. After all publishers justify DRM usually with the potential loss of sales due to pirated copies. And you wouldn't risk a new title everyone is waiting for if you have older ones in store.
Btw, Spider-man on Epic can be played without the launcher, but for that you have to start a new game, like you have to do for Death Stranding. Like on consoles the user ID provided by the launcher is used to encrypt the save games. Now that I think of it I have to test if that works for Detroit, Heavy Rain and Beyond Two Souls.
Word on the street was, that Sony would plan their own platform, like EA/Uplay/Rockstar.
In that case we are screwed either way, but I would still prefer that to Steam.
