I received a notification that heretic kingdoms the inquisition ( here after referred to as HKTI) was on a 90% sale , sweet thought I as owt for nearly nowt and I am there with a wheelbarrow. I tried to click on it and got nothing, kicked me back to the store page. tried on galaxy and web page still nada, has it been removed?

No I still see it but for only 80% discount. Did you got a special discount email? In that case you would need to redeem the discount code.

I was going to disagree, but I decided to double check just to be certain. And low and behold not only could I access the page but I could buy it for less than the price of a sausage roll. no idea what went on there. but hey it works now.
