Peering into my crystal ball...

11 000 titles reached by March 15th, 2025.

5 000 games reached by April 30th, 2025.
Your entries are valuable and feed the light dragon. Goodness and prosperity to everyone!

gogtrial34987: You might want to set a cut-off date for entering, otherwise the best strategy is to wait until the ~week before either threshold is reached, and come in with a late but very accurate guess.
Make it 3rd December 2024 a a day before the earliest guess. : )

Sachys: 100 threads this month with "Linux" in the title.

amok: But... that would mean the 25 Linux users have to make 4 threads each?
It's gog.com xD Ok I got this, there are https://www.gog.com/en/games?systems=linux&hideDLCs=true 1465 games for Linux. 1500 over 16 years ~ 90/yr ~ 3-4 months there will be 1500. 25th October 2024 does it echo anything? This is parar... palara... parallel to windows, same boot different block, suggest a game=yes
** bumpity bump **

The numbers! They grow up sooo quickly! They were but a modest army of nestlings a mere month ago... :P

https://www.gog.com/games
9913 titles at this moment (that's an additional 101 since)

https://support.gog.com/hc/categories/201400969?product=gog
4500 supported games at this moment (that's an additional 23 since)

Oh, the suspense! :D

May I try?

August 15th - July 13th = 33 days
9923-9812 = 111 titles. 111 / 33 = 3.3636
4526-4477 = 49 supported games. 49 / 33 = 1.4848
11000 - 9923 = 1077 / 3.3636 = 320.1927 days. Today + 320 = July 1st, 2025
5000 - 4526 = 474 / 1.4848 = 319.2349 days. Today + 319 = June 30th, 2025

My guesses are:
11 000 redeemable titles at once in Our-so-mixed library: July 1st, 2025
5 000 individual video games: Jun 30th, 2025

4477 supported games momentarily
Why do you assume that every game is supported? This metric is useless. I myself own more games than this link lists.

There are over 5600 games on GOG right now. No need to wonder any more.

SargonAelther: (....)
Thank You!
Because I don't believe in not supported games on GOG.com, it's against my faith xD

Wow, what a collection! You and Gersen are Arcade Machines!

I don't know, we will stick to the number of Supported Games 4527 and Overall Titles 9926 (let's celebrate 10,000! With a .... something) ....because there are demos, prologues, special positions, withdrawn games, different versions of the same games, games, and packs, .... and we are looking 5000 at once....... It's a question to the company if they support all their games.... but I already know the answer : )

Also, Thank You Matterbandit! and BJMcKay!
an update to keep it alive

10 106 titles (894 more to 11k)

4 624 supported games (376 more to 5k)

and as an interesting fact, here are 749 free titles
or 333 free games with demos and modifications

and that on July 13, 50% of the God of War game was worth here
https://www.gogdb.org/product/1074905459
$24.99 and that would be the award for a Winner to choose anything from our catalog.

Based on, a first come, first served policy, please choose different dates than other participants.

Good luck! 🍀
Total games: 4659
10246 titles

the average ratio for the last 10+weeks
