What kinds of movies?
I remember Xoom had a thing where replays from the original Star Trek were for free. If it's anime movies there's a few sites that just have ads. Youtube even has some movies for free, depending on requirements.
Roku had some apps with free movies as well (also ads)...

I want to give an actual answer. Pluto TV is I think my #1 site; it has a lot of high-quality movies for free (I guess it's a CBS product?). Peacock has some, Tubi is good for horror films though they have more junk than the other sites imo. other suggestions are Vudu and Roku, and even YouTube (both official free movies and uploads of films that just haven't been copystruck yet, lesser-known films but sometimes good ones)
