More or less. I guess I used to be excited about upcoming releases - reading articles, watching trailers/gameplay videos and so on.
You're right though, I still have to work on my backlog. I only finished a couple of games this year.

but serious now, with Slitherine/Matrix as one of the major developer houses i'm tracking, i look with anticipation towards a number of games they will present us in the present or not so near future.

I disagree. I've played the trial for a few hours now on Xbox (through gamepass), and this is nothing like Call of Duty. I've bought a CoD too every few years, but I don't think they are very good. BF2042 is the freshest multiplayer shooter I've played for a long time though, and I think the BF Portal is a excellent addition to a already good offering.
