Ragnarblackmane: Aww man I miss listening to the "ideas Network.". Good ole WPR <3.

You just made me happier today

The fact that my sister gets in for a visit tonight makes me quite happy. She lives in NYC so we only see each other a few times a year. Probably going to catch the latest exhibit at our art museum and enjoy some overpriced drinks with mutual friends over the next few days.

She will be getting in this afternoon due to weather.
Receiving this spam email made me happy today:

"Hayden The promotional products list include most electrical products. phones computers, Find them from here site. ( nonowebtra de.c om ), The price is very low. But the quality are the same with the one you buy from your market. elliott. You make me feel good."

I'm glad I managed to make someone feel good by receiving this email.

Edit: The joy from this email has been topped by listening to the music from Millie, which you can sample here

vacation getting closer: just 2 more days, monday and tuesday and then I'm off work for six weeks.
'Celebrated' Independence Day with Mexican food (somehow apropos lately): enchiladas, pico de gallo, and sangria. Possibly my best sangria yet, achieved by toning down the alcohol. That's right - LESS alcohol made it better. Counter-intuitive, I know.

Also had a nice ride on the motorcycles, heading over to a local state park to visit with Mom who was at a small reenactor event.

foxworks: I promised mine, "just this once....honest" I'm not sure it believes me ;-)
Mine stopped falling for that a long time ago, so if yours is anything like mine, it doesn't - it . ;-)

foxworks: It's hump day. One day closer to what should be a great weekend! :D
This reminds me of the Geico camel commercial, and it always makes me laugh. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWBhP0EQ1lA&feature=kp
My review is published:

Whoo!
Resurrected a TV today that will finally be used in the game room. I had meant to do this in the winter months, but hey, better late than never :D
Nice! Makes me want to buy the book.
Contraption Maker just left early access and is officially released!
And it's really fun!
Seeing pictures of allot of my friends meeting up in Fort Lauderdale Florida for a missions trip. It means they all made it there safely.
Congratulations on getting your review published, and thanks for the reminder to read the Joe Abercrombie trilogy that I have on my shelf :)
Taking a shower without getting frozen into mulling about bad things in the world - and if I remember well, it didn't happen at all last week. Still quite tired as I usually am from taking a shower - mentally the shift from walking in pyama's and being washed and clothed and in theory being ready to handle getting involved in the world is always tiring for me. But that's what fora and games are for - taking an hour or so of rest after showering before actually trying to do something.
I'm happy every day, life is too short for anything but; but I've been particularly happy lately for rediscovering GOG and gaming, and finally registering for the forum here and finding such a cool community.
Now I'm sure who to trust at work, and I need someone to trust.
