DieRuhe: Iss barfday.
I usually prefer showers, but Happy Barfday.

DieRuhe: Iss barfday.

Got a gift card, and after some hard choices settled on two books ("Punk Land" and "Adolf in Wonderland" by Carlton Mellick III) and a PS3 game ("Watch Dogs").

And this is the first time in a long time I'm not working on the day after my barfday, so beers up!

tinyE: HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

Happy Birthday, and happy day off.
Mmm...still waiting for whatever it's going to be.

About 100 minutes to go, so it could still happen.

Whatever it is, if it happens now it's going to be big, I can feel it.

lol - i wish.

though i guess i slept reasonably well when it was all over. so that's something.
Very soon, i will get what i wanted! I ain't telling more! A certain person i admire, will do something that is going to lead into a chain of events... I said too much; over and out, he he he

Edit

Update: I am an effing prophet. Not 10 hours ago and i really saw it coming. But don't ask me how, or from where... One more push (of fates) and i am ready to do my thing, exactly as i have planned and prepared! Exactly as i have ordered.

Thanks!
My second review is on the DECIBEL website (I've discovered it's not all that easy to describe a whole album in only 275 words):

I recently traded away my car which was becoming a bit of a liability and a huge nuisance. Since my relatively recent step up into a Proper Job, I could afford to upgrade into a MY2013 Ford Fiesta Ecoboost.

At the end of the day, it's still just a Fiesta, but the fact that I could afford it without suffering undue economic discomfort says a lot about my increased financial security. Feels like I'm actually getting on with life and all.

Sounds like things have improved for you since you moved from Korea.

Would that be akin to the Fiesta ST we get over here, pumping out nearly 200 HP?
Just reached Olmec's Lair for the first time in Spelunky a bit ago, and beat him on my first try! I believe it was my 435th run, if I remember right. (At least a couple of those were deliberate suicides born out of frustration with my previous run.)
I didn't even think I was doing particularly well, but things just worked out.
Hearing Specter of Torment's new version of Plague Knight's theme. (Shovel Knight)

The new music for what is normally Specter Knight's stage is also nice.

A little. Mine is a standard one, with a 100 HP one-litre three-cylinder turbo engine. It still handles better than it has any right to, and there's enough power for my daily use. I actually prefer it over a Focus.
