I woke up without a hangover, then made myself a late night breakfast snack at 9pm. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, slice of cheddar, and a hot piece of buttered crescandwich. Breakfast is good any time of day.

Tonight is Portuguese chicken night.

The night prior I spatchcocked a li'l spatchcock, then marinated it in olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, crushed garlic, oregano and fresh chilli.

This will be grilled and served with a Greek salad along with some crusty bread and an ice cold creaming soda.

For dessert I shall be consuming some lemon Gelato, so zingy and lemony.

All this will make me happy, extremely happy.

It was his one year birthday on the 15th, same day as mine.

I made him get up early and wear a party hat.

For breakfast he had a cake made from raw mince meat, with four kinds of meat.
