Today I received my purchases. I ordered little black dress and luxury hair extensions with natural blonde hair. I'm going to the party this weekend and I want to impress my friends with new look. I'm happy 'cos all purchases look awesome.

Actually, last week I also got a black dress and wore it to a party that weekend. Didn't get hair extensions; I think my curly hair is already long enough that I don't need to spend money and resources to artificially extend it (and even if I did, do I really have that much money on hand?).

Also, on the same trip I got the dress, I got new glasses.

One thing that made me happy is that, at the party, my friend's younger (though still adult) sister said I look nice in that dress.

In other news, yesterday I went to the first rehearsal of the fall season for one of the community bands I play in. It was nice to see everyone again, plus there are a few new members to talk to.

I got free woodchips. It's bound to piss off my family when they see it. I'm scared for my back.

Found out there is actually a 2-hour anime version of the Indian classic tale "Ramayana". It will go quicker to have an overview of the whole story than diving in my 500-pages book :)

Just made a huge batch of triple-strength chicken stock, which gave me heaps of chicken for me and my doggie to consume.

The stock was made in my pressure cooker, for higher temps and more flavour.

I cooked three large batches of chicken, all in the same stock.

The flavour and colour is incredible.

I'd love to pull some pork with you, Foxette.

BTW, I love what you've done with your hair, you look fabulous.
