Ptooie.
Nice weather here so there are a lot of pretty girls in mini-skirts/shorts and cleavages in the streets... Let's hope we'll get some indian summer this year ^o^
I missed the time window to post about this yesterday, but, hey, I can't see a problem mentioning this today:

My boss came to work with an accidental Saints Row cosplay yesterday. It didn't make me "happy", but it sure made me smile. :)

(It was just a classy purple shirt with that Saints Row symbol on it.)

I doubt she would have understood the reference, though.
As my old tenant is moving out from the my old apartment in the beginning of next month, I put an ad for the apartment (for rent).

It didn't take more than a few minutes until I had already six replies. Oddly though, I think they were all from foreigners, immigrants (some replied in Finnish though so they have apparently lived a longer time here, unless someone else wrote the reply for them). Nothing wrong with that I guess, as long as there are not any cultural problems in our communication or something. Two replies that eppeal to me so far:

- One person who'd be moving in with his wife. I figure it is a bit small for two persons, albeit I did live there with my wife for several years. Still, giving it to a family somehow warms my heart, they probably need it badly if they are willing to settle for such a small apartment.

- Another one is a student from Iraq. What makes this eppealing is that Finnish social security would pay the rent directly to me (no fighting with the tenant for unpaid rents), AND they are willing to pay considerably more than what i was asking (75€/month more). Hey that's money too, even if 30% of it goes to taxes. Ka-ching! $$$$$$$$$$££££££££€€€€€€€&e uro;€€

I'll wait for some more time for more people to reply, but I'm keeping my eye on those two.

WOW! It's amazing how iconic games, huge milestones in gaming and widely praised titles of the faraway past, played more than one decade after release by huge communities of gamers, actually manage to keep inspiring awe, offering the same (or more) fan factor and most importantly? Find new things to do in the game, even after all those years!!! I am replaying San Andreas, this time trying to collect UNIQUE VEHICLES, mostly rare ones that appear only once in the game (swat tank for example) or vehicles glitched to be ALL-PROOF against all sorts of damage types! And i am having a blast! Heck, somebody even recently found a way to convert ANY vehicle that you can get inside the game through normal gameplay, to an ALL-PROOF with COMPLETE-IMMUNITY to any sort of damage! The collector's mania burnt me in fever, now, i am all fired up!

I am gonna get NRG-500 AP, my favorite car BULLET AP, Infernus AP, Banshee AP, Cheetah AP, Flash AP, Buffalo AP, Monster AP, Hydra and Hunter AP (at last i am going to be invincible during airfights) and if mood strikes me even further, maybe that Tank to AP, too!

Just made best lunch ever;

Bought stuffed BBQ chook, removed stuffing and shredded the meat.

Mixed 50/50 stuffing and mayo and spread on thick-sliced sourdough bread.

Add shredded chicken meat and top with coleslaw.

Sprinkle with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

Eat, drink, masturbate and then load up a few games.

Repeat when required.
A bit delayed, as I haven't been around much at all the past 6 weeks. Too much going on, getting us and the business settled into the new property. Haven't played any games in about 7-8 weeks now.

Weekend before last, got to see Kiss at a local concert place. They're doing a small venue tour this time around so it was maybe 4,000 people (my guess). Really fun show. I'm not particularly a Kiss fan but had a great time. If you have the opportunity to see them this go-around, I give the show my thumbs-up.

And about every night we're getting some gorgeous sunsets, looking WNW over the valley.

Just received my anti-slip mat from eBay for my bathtub so I can wash my doggie.

He looks so cute when he's soaking wet, like a giant 25KG sedated drowned rat.

Anyway, now he's clean and purdy again.

Glad to hear from you again. I was starting to think that all that work stress had driven you over the edge. Thought I'd hear that you had gone berserk and left everything behind to become a pirate captain, or ran off to join clown college or something.

I imagined your last message to us going something like this. XD

What made me happy today. Was I made the move from Steam to GOG and have absolutely NO regrets <3

That's what made me happy today!
Went early to the Lidl this morning and was able to get the wood carving toolset I wanted (I bought two cases so I have a spare toolset). Now I just need to find and cut some suitable trees in my garden or neighborhood to start some wood sculpting/engraving.

Aside from that, while making my latest Amazon order, I had a surprising suggestion popping up as it was an History book about some nomad civilization actually called like my name which existed from 1st century AD up to the 14-15st Century and which kind of still lives up nowadays in North-Ossetia-Alania where the name remains. The whole story is kinda interesting as they started in Central Asia, went to the West up to Northern France then went South trough Spain then took some part of North-Africa to finally end up in Ossetia.

I received the book this morning and it looks great and as a lot of illustrations and documents. Needless to say that it gives a lot of narcissism bursts when reading your own name marked in History pages after pages (I'm glad I wasn't given some random name like Kevin or Dylan ^o^)

I did not. Gene Simmons did. A lot.

Clown College kicked me out. It sparked the latent fear of clowns that resides in all of us, and most classes you'd find me curled up in a corner, sucking my thumb.

Nah, just been really busy. There was a lot of stuff to move, a lot to reorganize (still not done), and the customers were still calling while trying to get everything done around here. Something had to go away for a while, and that was forumming and games. And most other entertainment, but that has a bit to do with the previously mentioned slow internet speed we now have. Been listening to a lot of music and reading a lot of books instead. Not really missing TV.

At any rate, if a day sucks then I simply look outside and get my bearings back. And it seems that most evenings so far we've been fortunate to experience some really fantastic sunsets. Oh, the new place came with a cat, and we had been thinking about getting a cat anyway. He looks upset because I stopped giving belly rubs, but he's actually really sweet.

Happened to be reading an article on Wikipedia and noticed that the article had used "it's" where the proper word was "its".

Fortunately, the article wasn't even semi-protected, so guess what I did?

I went out for my daily, 2 hour quick-paced walking session and i randomly came across my ex, with her sister and her classmate, right outside my local luna park. God, how ugly she has become. No wonder that 40 years old bastard fucked her and put that on cam... Somehow, i feel lucky that i didn't get to go inside her, after all. I have banged more beautiful and more women, than this godawful, immature, shit-souled "thing". Good riddance. Without any lingering feelings, guilt, or longing. I seriously wish she does never again show herself to my door, in any holiday. Especially new year's, like the previous one...
