I learned four new tunes for my regular session and the additional second outdoor session I organized for yesterday was a success (great weather and happy musicians) and will continue every month.
Went out to my property and discovered that 3 of the 4 trees I planted last fall have survived. 2 crabapples and a hawthorn, all doing well.
Went foraging for some tequila while I'm over here in Omaha. Trying to find Sauza Commemorativo and Siete Leguas. The first one I have some hope of encountering 'in the wild' but the second will need to be ordered. Anyway, found neither but I did pick up a bottle of Cabo Wabo Reposado instead. A bit more peppery than the smoother Don Julio I normally drink, but I do like it.

Only able to indulge because our rushed machine installation project went as smooth as could be expected for a piece of 10-year old equipment, so we got out of there around noon today.
Looks like winter is finished, finally.
Roast lamb...
This announcement made me happy, given how close to my heart cancer remission is...

Total Biscuit is cancer-free for the time being.

I wish I could go hug him. Seriously, anyone who has had family survive cancer, or especially have survived cancer yourself, I am so goddamned happy for you.
I had some delicious chocolate cake yesterday.
Thanks. That's good to know. I hope that his further surgery goes well and he recovers completely.
Wee! Date in the evening! Not MY woman, but she is so good to me, as if I WERE her man. As it says in facebook, it is "COMPLICATED"!

Wow, complications can be so nice and advantageous!

Edit/Update! Double happiness, Scored again! Actually, triple happiness, she told me she also has an 22 years old daughter from when she was living abroad, damn, i might try to convince her to introduce her to me!!! Strange though, she only told me in the beginning she had 2 little boys...

Dreamt that I was the founder of "Butthurt" magazine. Now i have a goal in my life.
My daughter (almost 3 years old) this morning. She had just gotten up when I was about to leave to work. She was very groggy and seemed to be bit on whiny mood as children sometime so early can be, but luckily it is mommy's task to deal with that. Just when I was about to leave out of the door I did one more wave to her from the door. Did it differently with just with moving my fingers. She had not seen that before so she thought it to be funny and of course replied the same way. And with a big smile :)
Completely turned off heating yesterday afternoon. Smaller electric bills = more money for GOG (and beer).
I finally figured out the best way to do alchemy in Skyrim methodically without poisoning myself sampling them, and without wasting tonnes of rare or semi-rare ingredients. Now I'm on a mission to figure out the rarest and most useful potions. ;)
Ran my first (unofficial) half-marathon, and the first two-hour run of my life!

My legs are so going to kill me tomorrow, but I can live with that.
The newest issue of "Decibel" arrived today. Time to get my read on.
