The guy on the right...looks kinda familiar, but not familiar enough, to put a name on him. ;)

On first sight, I thought "that could be Ray Liotta"...but on second sight - his eyes and mouth don't match Ray's.
And apart from that: as far as I know, those two never made a movie together.
