OK, time's up.

The "mystery" movie was "Valerie And Her Week Of Wonders" (1970) by Jaromil Jires (Czechoslovakia). It's about a girl having her first periods and a fantasized world filled with fear and lust opening up to her (yeah, it's so arty that it's impossible to write a logic synopsis).

Recently re-released on a superb Blu-Ray by Criterion. Sadly, trailers for this movie suck but there's at least a cool fan video of it with a song by Broadcast who dedicated a track to the film:

Aaaaah that's why it seemed so much familiar, a friend had recently linked it to me and I saw some screenshots, haha! And that means I can even watch it in the original language (as opposed to if it was in Spanish or something unless I wanted to try it with subtitles), haha!

Okay, in that case I'll try the next movie guess. Here you go!

Edit: The full filename (that got lost in compression) is Stampede! Mufasa NOOOOO!

mmm, my bet would be on some martial arts flick.

Can't be a 90's Hong-Kong flick because they were in their vast majority shot in 1.85

Could be some Shaw Brothers but early ones (King Hu era) or the very latter (in the 80's)

Now of course, it could also be from Mainland China, Japan or South Korea :o)

Hahaha, that's a great answer! :)

Unfortunately it's not a martial arts flick as much as I'd like it to be, however maybe this screenshot could help up clear up the genre a bit. :)

It certainly puts an entirely new spin on Jethro Tull's "Cup of Wonder"...

[...]
Pass the cup and pass the lady, pass the plate to all who hunger.
Pass the wit of ancient wisdom, pass the cup of crimson wonder.
Join in black december's sadness,
Lie in august's welcome corn.
Stir the cup that's ever-filling
With the blood of all that's born.

The Last Samurai?

Nope, it was rather meant at something which the two movies share. :)

The second title is "Modern Rural Art - Shipwrecked on Land". Heh! ;)

Time to make new screencaps which will be more revealing! For the time being, here's the last one I have right now - The Secret Gardening Hideout! :)

My mind keeps saying Deliverance even though I know it's wrong.
