I guess I'll give some hints since nothing has happened.

This movie is made up of three different parts that were each directed by people that are considered highly notable in Anime field.

It was brought over to the US by ADV and was bundled with another DVD that had a New OVA for a man named Kenshiro.

This movie is from late 80s early 90s.It is about a man who watches another apartment with cameras or something and he conclude that there will be killing.So he wants to stop it,but he doesent know anything about that apartment.At the end he stop the murder. but it is interesting how he founds clues,follow them,then finds location..Does anybody knows this film?

Alrighty I'll give another hint on mine. The three directors that were involved in the seperate parts in this movie made Akira, Ninja Scroll, and Metropolis.

Neo Tokyo? I haven't seen it though but just guessing by the clues given noone else has tried yet.

Was at work, its been firmly established in the past that one gets 24 hrs from when there answer is deemed correct to post a new pic, before someone can come in and skip over them to continue the game. So why is it you skipped over my turn?
