Hi everyone, I always think about I game I played far far away but I don't remember its name..

I only know it looks like old jrpg games (camera is above character) and there are turn-based fights but I remember that you were fighting with dragons. I know you have not many clues but I can't remember exactly I only have "flash image" of the game. Also, to be more difficult to find, I don't know if it was a real PC game or an emulation. It was between 1999 and 2005

It's not dragon quest
If someone knows what it is, thank you very much

EDIT : it's not in 3D

Breath of Fire 3 maybe?
Do you mean fighting against dragons, or fighting alongside them? If the latter, maybe a translated rom of Bahamut Lagoon?

Thanks for your two answers but it's not Breath of Fire or Bahamut Lagoon

To answer your question : I think you have dragon with you but you don't see your character fighting only your monster like Pokemon

As 2D as Dragon Quest Monsters or more SNES style?

This might be stretching a bit, but maybe Azure Dreams? That thing definitely looks a bit like a dragon. Otherwise, no idea. Maybe a very select part of something like Golden Sun?

I'm blown away that it wasn't Jade Cocoon, honestly. Have you looked into Breath of Fire 1? You can temporarily transform into a dragon in that, which might be enough to trick the memories.

It's flat 2D from above (you see your character from above) and combat are like Pokemon with your monster on the bottom of the screen and your opponent at the other side

Thanks for your research but it's not Azure Dreams, graphics looks more like a gameboy : http://romhustler.net/img/screenshots/gba/ingame/5156b229a645c.png (like this picture) but honestly it's hard to have a proper vision of what It was, I can only say that If I have the real game in front of my eyes I will recognize it

Only one opponent? The only things I can think of that possibly fit are or one of the [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cw8Zw_6WsuM]Shining Force games, but I couldn't find anything about a dragon in either unless you count enemies.

I don't remember I think it's one opponent (1v1) but I'm not sure .. thank you for all your suggestions but it's not Robopon or Shining Force :/

Okay, last guesses based entirely on the art style:

Lufia 2
Lufia: The Ruins of Lore
One of the Lunar games

I checked your game (it has the same graphic style as Lufia 2) but it's not that game, I think you can't fight with your character but only with your creature
Legend of Dragoon?

Chrono Cross?
