Ah shit, I know that game. I saw it in a YT video rather recently but I can't remember the title. It was supposed to be very ambitious and quite original but complete garbage in terms of execution.

Hehe yup, but I do like it, and wouldn't mind seeing it on GOG. Okay, as a little hint on the title: The name of the game is a military term regarding the speed of the bullet of a gun.

I googled "speed bullet gun" and "muzzle velocity" was the first answered. Then I googled "muzzle velocity mobygames" and it turned out that indeed there is a game with this title :)
